Receiving and counting the pieces, checking the condition of the cargo, auditing the supplier's customs documents and, where needed, labelling and repacking.
The base rate is calculated on volume and weight. Separate agreement is needed only for pieces over 2,000 kg or 2 metres, and for dangerous goods.
