import and export
Your container is still at sea, and we’ve already requested the unloading invoice — so it’s ready for release without unnecessary delays
About the service
The container is used exclusively for your cargo. You pay a fixed rate regardless of how full it is, and your shipment departs immediately after loading, without waiting for other shippers.
The greatest delays at the port come from coordination between the shipping line, the terminal, the warehouse and customs. We handle all of those communications, so you do not have to follow up on every step yourself.

Frequently asked questions
We receive the unloading invoice 2–3 days before the vessel arrives and arrange payment immediately. In most cases, the shipping line issues the container release on the next business day after payment.
Yes, for most shipping lines. The main exception is Maersk, which only allows release through transshipment, rail, or its own transport services.
Additional charges may apply for port storage or late return of the empty container. We plan inland transportation before the vessel arrives to help prevent these costs.
Yes. We regularly manage oversized and heavy cargo shipments and develop an individual transportation plan based on your cargo’s dimensions and destination.
